Die Sauna war leider nur ab 16 Uhr geöffnet. Saunatücher haben wir vom Zimmerservice keine neuen erhalten. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Küche ist auch gut, allerdings im oberen Preissegment. Keine Steckdosen im Fahrradraum zum aufladen der E-Bikes gefunden. Personal war durchweg freundlich.

prompter Abfertigungsservice für Störenfriede

Vom check in, über das Essen am Abend, über das Frühstück- welches wirklich hervorragend angerichtet und qualitativ sehr gut war, kam ich mir als Gast wie ein Störenfried vor. Der Service am Abend war zwar sehr nett und brachte auch feines Essen, jedoch vermissten wir durchweg eine Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft eines Gastgebers. Alles war wie automatisiert und die Bedürfnisse des Gastes - ich bin mit meinem Tinnitus sehr geräuschempfindlich, wurde belächelt und nicht wirklich berücksichtigt. Die für uns gewohnte Herzlichkeit auf einen zahlenden Gast einzugehen haben wir diesmal sehr vermisst. Es bleibt noch sehr viel Luft nach oben, dass wir uns wohl und willkommen in diesem Haus fühlen würden. Da gibt es in Burg andere Unterkünfte, welche diese Gastfreundschaft bereits voll und ganz beherrschen.

Schönes Hotel mit super gutem Frühstücksbuffet. Zimmer 104 mit 2 Dachfenstern ohne Ausblick. Kein Wasserkocher bzw. Kaffeautomat vorhanden. Ansonsten Zimmereinrichtung mit bequemen Betten sehr gut. Großes Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche.

Erfahrungen etwas ambivalent, Empfang problemlos mit rustikalem brandenburgischen Charme, Zimmer konnte bereits um 13:00 Uhr bezogen werden. Riesengroßes Zimmer im Dachgeschoss, aber ohne Klimaanlage, nur mit einem Ventilator versehen, z.T. unerträglich heiß. Viele Lampen sind noch mit alten Leuchtstoffenergielampen bestückt, was die Sache etwas funzelig macht. Dachfenster auch nicht wirklich abdunkelbar. Beim Frühstücksraum und beim Frühstück selbst kann auch ein Berliner nicht meckern. Zum Abendessen entweder im Hotel (sehr teuer) oder zum Italiener 50 m entfernt (unbedingt vorbestellen!). Bei Abreise wird kommentarlos die Rechnung erstellt, und tschüss.

Sehr schönes Hotel zum Verweilen. Guter Ausgangspunkt für eine Vielzahl von Aktivitäten wie Radeln, Paddeln, Wandern, etc.. Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Man konnte hervorragend schlafen, die Zimmer waren sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Alles in allem ein angenehmer Urlaub in diesem Hotel.
