"If you are planning to visit Merano this is the place to stay. It is a family run hotel and nothing is too much trouble. All the staff are friendly and helpful. We first stayed there two years ago and it was great but since then it has had a major renovation and it is even better now. We were upgraded to a Garden Suite which had a fantastic view over the great pool area to the mountains. "Stayed for two nights. Location is nice with free bus connection to the city center. Service and front desk personell was friendly. Issues: - Property is worn down (except for the remodeled bathrooms). - Cleaning staff entered the room twice while still sleeping - ANTS! Minibar area and desk was clearly invaded by ants and even after complaining at the front desk, no action was taken / no alternative was offered to us (e.g. another room). "Wir wurden überaus freundlich begrüsst und fühlten uns sofort gut aufgenommen. Die Zimmer sind freundlich und haben eine prächtige Aussicht auf Naturns und das Tal. Wir wurden vom Personal auch immer gut beraten wenn wir etwas unternehmen wollten. Beim Essen könnte man sicher noch die eine oder andere Finesse einbringen. Das Angebot mit der 3/4 Pension ist in unseren Augen überteuert. "
