Decent option on a budget

Basic but comfortable room with en-suite bathroom. The room stayed warm throughout the night, which was necessary given the temperatures outside dropped to -5°c during my stay. Staff at the front desk and café area were very helpful. One negative point - the wi-fi did not function for the duration of my stay.

There should be a solution for car parking. Maybe an agreement between the hotel and the parking authorities for their customers, if you want more tourists to visit Burgos. I paid18.50 EUR overnight. Regarding the hotel staff and facility were very good thanks to Estafany at the teveption she was very helpful have some insights and some direction. The hotel is lively lots of people in the cafe . I am glad that we visited Burgos and for sure will consider Hotel Centro Los Braseros in the future. Thanks Estafany.

The room provided is not acceptable. There was no window and no ac control not functioning too. Lesson learn, there was no apology. Stay out of this hotel you might end “baking” at 3 am.

Das Hotel war komplett überlaufen, Atmosphäre wie im Bahnhof, Personal mußte bein Einchecken gesucht werden, ebenso ein Parkplatz, was nicht so einfach war. Das Frühstück war bisher das schlechteste überhaupt, Eier, Omelett alles komplett kalt. Übernachtung für den Hund kostet 15 Euro. Einziger Pluspunkt, Zimmer war sauber und die Lage sehr zentral. Vieles war fußläufig erreichbar.

La calefacción es central , y en el baño no hay . Para ducharte a la mañana pasas frío . Pedí cama matrimonio y no pudieron fácilitarmela, dijeron que no había , cuando en la página web si que existía .

Hôtel très viellot mais sympathique. Dans son jus avec très peu de touristes. Bruyant à l'extérieur mais les espagnols sont des couches tards 😉 Par contre difficile de se garer. Les parkings souterrains vite pleins. Opter pour les places de stationnements extérieures aux lignes bleues (gratuites)

La personne à l'accueil le jour de l'arrivée était peu aimable, et alors qu'il est dit sur le site qu'il y avait un parking nous avons du nous garer dans un parking public assez loin de l’hôtel. même pas moyen de garer devant l'hôtel pour décharger les bagages. Expérience très décevante. Nous n'y retournerons pas
