The staff was kind and helpful, but the hotel itself was terrible. I could barely sleep well, for the bed and mattresses were terrible. I woke up with backache every morning. I cannot recommend this hotel at all.

The reception staff were indifferent. The room didn’t have the size of bed I requested. Reception didn’t pick up the phone when I called. When I was moved to another room (eventually), it too had the wrong type of bed.

It was nothing like the photos. Old, run down, poorly cleaned, old torn curtains, rusty shower. I would never recommend this hotel nor pay this price for such an awful room.

Close your door from inside

During the afternoon, when I come back from the city I saw a two grups of poeple making check in. I went to my room and I close with security. While I was there there were some people trying to open my room, I go and open the door and said there is some one I think you were wrong with your room number, but they have the same room number as me, but they key doesn't work. They went to reception. After some minutes, again someone was opening the door, that time it was the receptionist. She was surprised that I was in the room, and she apologies. It was the same receptionist that attend to me.

Disappointed

The staff were very nice and the hotel was clean. However the hotel advertises car parking, yet when i arrived there wasnt any and i had to park on a street 10 mins walk away. My room (310) was very tired and in desperate need of refurbishing. There was no iron or complimentary water in the room. The room service is supplied by a local takeaway and delivered to your room by a local takeaway. This is not really a problem if they get your order right and its prompt. Mine was late and they didn't bring what i ordered. My room was very noisy as its next to the road and the windows are single glazed with little soundproofing. I would not recommend or stay there again.

Hôtel vieillot, heureusement que nous avons été très gentiment surclassé dans une chambre spacieuse au 10 étage..(après avoir refusé la chambre proposée). Sinon la chambre proposée était cauchemardesques. Le parking est digne d’un film d’horreur.. Désolée pour cette critique ! Les photos sur hotel.com sont celles des chambres supérieures ,il n’y a n’a que quelques unes … alors attention, il vaut mieux prendre un bel hôtel dans la partie ancienne de la ville qui est très romantique.

Hotel lamentable

Hotel muy malo. Totalmente viejo y deteriorado. Habitación lamentable con suelo de tarima vergonzoso y todos los enchufes bloqueados, por lo que no puedes ni cargar el móvil o portátil a no ser que desenchufes el minibar. Limpieza muy mejorable

Mala elección de hotel

Hotel que no es de 4*. Parece que está en decadencia. Las fotografias no corresponden para nada a lo que es la habitación. La limpieza no es buena, las paredes de las habitaciones estan sucias, las baldosas del baño rotas o partidas. Me ha decepcionado que sea un Eurostaars ya que siempre he tenido buenas experiencias con ellos. No repetiré

Hola, estoy muy descontenta. La elección del hotel fue porque aparece que el hotel tiene gimnasio, cuando preguntamos por el gimnasio, la chica de recepción nos dice que desde la pandemia no lo tienen. Lo peor de todo, es que ya lo saben que en internet aparece que tiene gimnasio, una grande decepción!!!

Mantenimiento muy mejorable, el personal un 10

La habitacion estaba bien, sin mas, bastante mal cuidado y poco mantenimiento, sobre todo el baño, si te apoyas un poco en el lavabo tienes la sensacion de que se te va a caer encima, las molduras y el suelo cerca de la ducha totalmente hechas polvo, la parte del inodoro solo te separa una mampara con una zona opaca en la zona central, como contrapunto las camas comoda y bastante bien aislado tanto a nivel de temperatura como de ruido, la ventana de la habitacion donde nos quedamos tenia los hidraulicos rotos y no se quedaba abierta, el personal muy amable en todo momento y muy profesional
