This is a great hotel location and beautiful property. The view from our room window was gorgeous. The only thing that wasn’t exceptional was the check in. It’s really missing the mark on a warm welcome and professional service. The check in was awkward and long for no apparent reason. We actually felt like we were putting the person out for having to check us in. Our stay was good overall and we would stay again.

The room was nice and the lake view was great. The bathroom was tight and the lighting in the whole room was a bit dark. Overall, the desk staff were fine. There’s music in the on site restaurant that carries through the lobby.

Very fine hotel with beautiful views and close to everything. The food at the breakfast spot was mediocre and very expensive especially for the quake; better breakfasts and better prices are within walking distance. I was surprised that there were no porters... We had to sleep out bags from the car to the 5 the floor.

The location is perfect with walking access to both the waterfront and the Church Street pedestrian area with lots of restaurants. View of Lake Champlain was lovely. Parking is in the city garage which has direct access to the hotel. We didn’t eat at the hotel.
