โWe were in Edinburgh for an extra few nights unexpectedly and booked โ3 Johns Placeโ last minute. We absolutely loved it! The bed was comfortable, the room was spotless, the shower was new and modern. I would give it more stars if I could.
Easy check-in, accommodating staff, beautiful facility. 12/10.

โI got bitten by badbug at the first night and now itโs getting worse (I have a picture). The transportation and park for a walk was good.
Overally it is not very clean (smellsโฆ)

โThe Adelphi is a clean, low budget stay, and the low cost made the trip to Edinburgh possible. Itโs an easy bus ride into downtown, but the long walk along the river into town was lovely and easily navigated, too.โ
