From the moment I checked in, everything went wrong:
• The first room had a broken toilet tank, dirty trash bin with toilet paper, and was not clean.
• The second room was given without checking; the bed was broken, towels were used and dirty.
• The third room had an air conditioner that didn’t work properly and the TV remote had no batteries.
On top of that, all rooms were very old, worn out, and had a terrible smell. I had to leave the hotel without staying overnight, yet they still charged me. At check-out, the staff even mocked me by asking “are the problems really from us?” – which was highly disrespectful.
In short: a horrible hotel. Absolutely not recommended.
