Hotels.com da "4 odalı standart oda" diye geçen odanın Otelin kendi listesinde suite oda olarak geçmesi nedeniyle ilk daha küçük bir oda verdiler fakat ayirttigimiz odanin fotoğraflarini gösterince doğru odayi verdiler. Genel olarak otel hizmeti iyi, istekli yardimci oluyorlar ve yemekler gerçekten lezzetliydi. Kayak takımı kirası için de bir dukkani arayarak bize yardimci oldular. Hotels in oda isimleri ile otelin kendi oda isimleri eşleştirilirse çok rahat tekrar gidilir.

Çalışanlar güler yüzlü, iyi bir şekilde karşılanıyorsunuz. Yemekler çok lezzetli ve çeşitli, mutfak çalışanlarının eline sağlık. Otelde kar tatili yaptığınızı hissettiren bir iç mimari var, çok beğendik. Otelin hemen önünden t-bar ile pistlere ulaşabiliyor olmak çok büyük bir konfor, malzemeleriniz yoksa hemen otelin altından kiralayabiliyorsunuz. Otelin piste bakan tarafında güzel ve rahat bir kafesi bulunuyor. Her yıl Uludağ’ daki tercihimiz olacaktır.

Yes, the hotel is a bit dated and certainly new mattresses are required. Super clean. Amazing service and a fantastic location.

Мне очень понравились в этом отеле, красивый, уютный. Номер чистый, а также чистый ковролин на полу, есть большая батарея, можно регулировать температуру, очень удобно сушить вещи после катания. Номер со всем необходимым: чайник, чай, кофе в номере, вода каждый день по бутылке на человека бесплатно, есть тапочки, в ванной огромное зеркало, что не может не понравиться женщине, а также есть гель для душа, шампунь, бальзам для волос и лосьон для тела, мочалка, очень даже хорошего качества и коробочка со всем что может пригодиться от станка до ниток с иглой. В ресторане открывается вид на горы и лес где видно подъемники, очень красиво. Хорошее и ненавязчивое обслуживание в ресторане и самое главное вкусная еда. Сотрудники пытаются помочь во всем. Я очень осталась довольна. Рекомендую. Спасибо всем большое.

Fransızca bilmiyorsanız "otelin adını söylemeyin"!

Bölgede 3 Grand yazıcı var, aradık , Le Chalet diye aramalısınız ! (fransızcanız yoksa telaffuzunuzu düzelten biri var meraklanmayın) Otelin mevkii çok iyi, herşeyin ortasında pistin ağzındasınız; yemekler çok lezzetli fakat ilk 2 gün kırmızı et olmayan tavuk ve sebze ağırlıklı bir menü vardı, mezeler ve tatlılar açığı kapatıyor, çalışanlar iyi niyetli özellikle bellboy Hüseyin bey çok güleryüzlü ve samimi, Bu iyi yanlarına rağmen biz özellikle 3 kişilik oda tuttuğumuz halde çoçuğumuz için yatak yerine koltuktan bozma bir yatak yapılması hiç şık olmadı. Bu şekilde, 2 kişilik odayı 3 kişiye satarak fark fiyat almaları bence yasaklanmalı. Oteller bu yolla kapasite üstü satış yaparak hem hizmet kalitesini bozuyor hem de haksız kazanç elde ediyorlar.
