Hotel Top, Küche Flop

Das Frühstück war für mich zu wenig appetitlich vorbereitet worden. Pommes waren zu viel gewürzt, nachschub gab es keine (Pizza) oder Zigarabörek schmeckte nicht. Nuggets waren fade. Beim Brot sollte man auf Vollkorn mal dazu legen.

İyi hizmet

Bir gece konakladık ama gerek karşılama, gerek konfor olarak çok memnun kaldık. Banyoda duş heli, şampuan, kulak çöpü vs. ihtiyacımız olan her şey sunulmuştu. Sabah açık büfe kahvaltısı da gayet güzel ve çeşitliydi. Tekrar Bursa’ya gelirsek tercih edeceğimiz tek otel. Teşekkürler.

Endonezya gruplarına hitaben kahvaltıda pilav olması gruplar için mantıklı olabilir ancak kalan Türk misafirler için pilavın kahvaltı dahilinde verilmesi çok mantıklı durmuyor. Bu konuda bir düzenlemeye gidilmesini önemli buluyorum. Çalışanların güler yüzü ve yardımseverliği ile temizlik konusunda mükemmele yakın bir otel.

Odalarımız çok temizdi ve personeller çok ilgiliydi. Fakat kahvaltıya gittiğimizde yiyecekler tükenmişti. Oturduğumuzda bazı sıcakları getirdiler ve oturmak içinde yer bulamadık. Diğer insanların kalkmasını beklemek zorunda kaldık. Otelin kapasitesine göre bir alan yapılması ve kahvaltı hazırlanması daha iyi olur . Yine de herşey için teşekkürler güzel bir konaklama yaşadık.

Oteli gerçekten tavsiye ederim. Şık, servisi iyi, güleryüzlü personeller, fiyat performans açısından inanılmaz iyi. Odası inanılmaz rahattı - kahvaltısı müthiş iyi çok daha pahalı oteller de kaldım ama buranın kahvaltısı inanılmaz iyiydi. Otelde 2 defa kaldım ikisinde de çok memnun kaldım. Şiddetle tavsiye ederim.
