Great hotel, especially for the football fan. Pool & Spa was lovely to be able to use on the Sunday morning & the staff there were very friendly & helpful. All staff we encountered, whether it be in the restaurant/bar at the reception or just in the lift were polite & helpful. Immaculate hotel, amazing grounds & warm & friendly. Great weekend away - best Hilton in the UK

We had a great time at Hilton. Swimming pool was nice and clean compared to other hotels. The breakfast was also good and the staff are extra nice to little ones (they even have a play area in the restaurant in the morning). We will definitely be back soon.

We've been to this property many times and every time, we come away enjoying it more and more! The staff are super friendly, great with kids and the breakfast and dinner in their restaurant is fantastic! Rooms are at great Hilton standard and the area around the hotel is so so quiet and calm where you get to walk around to enjoy. Amazing hotel with excellent staff

A wonderful family stay over night ahead of a visit to Alton Towers. The hotel was beautiful and clean and the staff were excellent. The restaurant staff were particularly helpful and friendly with the children. As a football fan it was great to walk the grounds and see the amazing facilities 1st hand. It added an extra layer to the stay for me. Would definitely recommend

Excellent place to stay

We could not find fault with our overnight stay. Set in beautiful location which made it peaceful place to stay. Everything was clean, well looked after and in a safe environment. Food and staff were excellent. Would go again.

Lovely stay

Stayed here before and again, we were not disappointed. Even though there was a party, a wedding and a lot of football training, the hotel didn’t feel too busy. Food was lovely albeit the restaurant was a little slow in service.

Great family stay for Alton Towers

Great hotel, brilliant if anyone is into football. Friendly staff, lovely food, brilliant pool. Couldn’t fault it!
