Fantastic location, amazing ocean view, massive apartment in great condition. Parking was very handy would definitely stay there again. Bit tricky navigating the many lifts but after a few goes it’s easy.

Although I had some inconveniences due to having a room with no heating, I was able to stay well thanks to the friendly response of the staff.

Not value for money
This isn’t a proper accommodation, they don’t even have a reception desk to check in and check out. No facilities available very inconvenient infrastructure around the property. It is pretty expensive but really not valuable for paying such amount.

Amazing location, stayed on the 82nd floor with incredible views of the area. Easy access to many dining options and area attractions. Arrived via taxi from train station and went to lobby who had to call for someone to come up and it took a little while in the stuffy waiting area. Person gave us instructions in English and room key but no other details on how to work anything inside the unit. Room was clean and open but did not seem like it was used for a while and not prepared for our arrival. Light switches were confusing and floor heater was on and took forever to figure out how to turn off. AC did not work well in the beginning due to none of explanation in English inside the rooms. No laundry detergent at all for washer in the unit (not even 1 sample), towels were scant - only 3 bath towels for 4 adults in a unit that should sleep 6 and couldn't figure out how to ask for more. No paper towels or napkins, no hard line phone to contact management and we didn't have Korean SIM card. Very large open space but no decor and bland. Great for large families but not good for short stays.

It was really nice but check in and check out process was not very smooth. No bath towels in the property but when i ask for some, only hand towels were provided. We were also notified to clean the property...throw our trash, otherwise we will be charged $150. never heard of such rules. Who does that?

This place is very nice and spacious. It’s close to the central hot places and the beach, all walking distance. While all the staff was very nice, it’s bit confusing to check in. You check in through underground garage level B2 where there at no AC and they don’t tell you that you need to register your car, so we had some challenges parking after the check in. Also, you can’t use the gym unless you are a resident. We were guest renters. However, I would still stay here again.
