Heavily over priced.
No one at service counter, you collect key that is left at the counter. No breakfast. Room is very small and toilet seat is facing the bed. For the price, I would have just top up a little to get better accommodation. Should adjust price for excluding breakfast and in-person service. Lucky has hot water shower. I will pay half price of what this is worth. Can't wait to get out of the place the next morning.

K-Guesthouse was a great short stay. Minimalist, but fulfilled all the basic requirements of a hotel, extremely cleanly, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was fine. As long as you follow the house rules, you will enjoy your stay. Bed just a little too hard for my taste.

Good breakfast with self serviced fried or scrambled eggs, toast with butter and jam, milk with 2 types of cornflakes, although the serving area is small and will be crowdy when guests come out at the same time. Room is clean and has adequate space and clothes hangers although toilet is a bit small. Location is wonderfully close to Haeundae station and bus stops and restaurants and convenient stores.

An okay stay
Pros: excellent location, simple breakfast, stable wifi, good hot water, close to airport limousine and subway line 4 (exit 5), close to the big shopping department and restaurants, provide tea bags and instant coffee 24 hrs. Cons : small room size with not good setting, not allow cooking in kitchen, so provide only cold boiled ( not fresh) eggs and bread at breakfast.

I was here for 4 nights with my brother and I have too say it . First the stuff are very friendly and kind. Location definitely is amazing close from everything. Room are extremely clean and comfy. I really enjoy my stay and I definitely recommend. Tks guys for make me feel like home.

Brand new and near everything in Haeundae
There was one day when the water was out...but aside from that slight inconvenience, the place is bright, brand new and the rooms are quite spacious. The beds are comfortable, the staff are polite, and it is in a very convenient location. The kitchen can get a little busy, but the staff are quite relaxed about when breakfast time ends, which we appreciated. Would stay again

It was OK but could be so much better
The wash basin to our room was faulty, so all the water would leak below onto the washroom floor while you wash hands, brush teeth etc It was a no frills low cost hotel which for its price and location there are no complaints. The male staff at the hotel were courteous and polite. The girls seem to be permanently stuck to their phones or don't know how to talk or something. Said good morning to one of them and just looked at me with a blank face. If you work in hospitality you need to be hospitable. I would say this is a good alternative to hostels but not necessarily one I'd come back to. I could use a bigger room with more hangers, a bit more facilities etc. Location was good though, easy to find and close to the beach.

Hello! I wish you had told me about the bathroom problem, I could have repaired it for you. A basin drain is not fixed. For cleaner cleaning, it can be easily removed. However, i am sorry for not telling you in advance. Also, they are not employees, but i'm so sorry if you feel bad. We will look to continue improving further. Thank you for your advice. The Best Guest House we have ever been!!!
We enjoyed our stay a lot. Our room was pretty neat and clean, white bedding and towels. Even though our room was small it was really much comfortable. Also we enjoyed the hospitality of the receptionist Mr Stevan. He was truly helpful and friendly all our stay in Guest House. Thank you very much for the dinner which your family organized. 주차안되는게 좀 아쉬웠고 화장실 곰팡이 등 위생청결 부분이 좀 많이 아쉽긴했지만 가격생각하면 괜찮은 숙소입니다. 에어컨도 잘 되고 침대도 불편하지 않습니다. 간단한 음식은 조리할 수 있게 주방도 있어서 장기투숙도 가능할듯. 해운대 역이나 번화가가 가까워서 위치도 매우 좋은편

비대면으로 체크인과 체크아웃이 이루어졌어요. 수건은 카운터 앞쪽에서 필요한 만큼 가져가면 되고 양치도구는 돈 내고 사야 합니다. 샴푸, 린스, 바디샤워 구비되어 있고 히터도 잘 나와요. 잘 머물다 갑니다.
