깨끗하고 서비스도 좋았고 해녀촌 가까워서 좋았는데 제일 문제는 방음이 너무 안 됐다는 거. 복도쪽 소리는 바로 옆에서 말하는 것처럼 들리고, 옆방에서 티비를 크게 튼 건지 티비 소리, 대화소리 다 들렸어요.10시 넘으니 조용해지긴 했지만 매너 없는 사람들 걸리면 힘들듯.

잘 쉬다갑니다!

숙소도 청결함도 너무 좋았고 넓은 욕조라 아이가 신나했네요겨울이라 코트입고 다녔는데 스타일러 있는 것도 좋았어요👍 사장님 친절하시고 하나하나 신경써주신 느낌 가득 받았네요 가족여행으로 좋아요! 조식도 맛있게 잘 먹고 갑니다^^*

쾌적하고 가족이 이용하기도 좋아요

새로 리모델링 된지 얼마되지않아 모든게 깔끔하고 관리가 잘 되어 있습니다. 특히 방도 깨끗하지만 욕실이 커서 가족이 같이 이용하기도 좋습니다.

호텔이 정갈하고 깔끔했습니다. 아침식사 장소가 협소하다고 생각했는데 드시는 분이 없어 혼자 먹으니 좁지 않더라구요. 호텔에서 2분정도만 걸어가면 바로 바다가 있고 차로 10분 정도 가면 해동용궁사도 있어 귀가길에 잠깐 들렀습니다. 호텔 주변도 조용하고 좋은데 저녁먹을려고 바닷가로 갔더니 2인 아니면 손님도 안받고 전복죽 포장도 2인분 주문만 가능해서 저녁 먹기가 힘들었습니다.

정말 최악의 수준의 숙박업소입니다

정말 수많은 호텔과 숙소를 다녔지만 최악중에 최악이였습니다.간만에 추석 연휴라 40만원 가까이 비용을 지불하고 테라스 자쿠지를 이용하러 호텔 대신 방문을 했습니다.6시 체크인지라 여섯시반에 도착하였고 8시부터 앞방의 노래와 마이크 소리 때문에 컴플레인을 했습니다.여러번의 컴플레인에도 노랫소리가 끊이지 않았고 직원도 올라와서 소음을 확인했지만 상대 고객이 전화를 받지 않는 다는 이유로 아무 조치도 해주지 않았고 조금만 기다리면 그만하겠지라는 생각으로 기다렸지만 11시가 넘은 시각에도 심각한 소음은 계속 되었습니다.결국 잠을 자지못해 로비에 전화를 했고 직원이 자기가 할수있는게 없으니 방을 그제야 옮기라고 하더군요.저는 잠옷 바람으로 엘레베이터를 타고 제가 지불한 가격의 1/4도 안되는 작은방에서 자야했습니다.자쿠지도 제대로 이용하지 못했고 잠도 다른 방에서 잤다면 적어도 제가 지불한 스위트 방과의 차액이라도 주셔야하는거 아닌가요?사장은 나몰라라 하고 아직까지 연락을 주신다고 하고 연락이 없으시네요.손님이 호구도 아니고 이딴 식으로 장사하지 마십시오.손님이 40만원을 지불을 했을때엔 그만큼의 서비스도 호텔에 포함되는것입니다.소비자고발 진행 할꺼고요,새로 생긴 호텔이라고 겉만 보고 다른 손님들이 이용하지않았으면 좋겠네요.다시 한번 말하지만 나머지 금액에 대해서는 조치를 치해주셔야하고 다른 분들도 귀한 시간 내서 기분 망치고이런 곳 가지않으셨으면 좋겠네요.주위에 널린게 호텔이니까요

호텔아니고 모텔이에요. 전 내부에 주차를 이미 했고요. 차키 맡기라해서. 맡겼으나. 차안에 있던 귀중품이 생각나서. 내려갔더니. 제 차가 외부주차장에 그새 주차가 되어있더군요. 가보니.. 제 운전석 바로 뒤에 guitar 세워두었는데. 발레파킹해주시는 분이 운전석의자를 뒤로 밀어서 기타가 눌려있었습니다.. (기타줄도 새로 싹 셋팅한지 몇일되지도 않았는데요) 망가지면 보상해주시려나요..? 그냥 차라리 늦게오는 차량에 대해서는 외부주차장으로 안내를 해주심이 좋을거 같습니다. 동선도 절대 복잡하지 않은데요... 객실은 많이 좁고. 방음은 하나도 되지 않습니다. 옆방 소리 .. 정말 ... 다 들립니다. 같이 대화해도 될 정도 였습니다. 새벽 5시까지 잠을 못잤네요.... 사무실에서 가까운 곳으로 잡느라.. 그래도 호텔이라는 이름이기에. 예약했으나. 아닌거 같아요.... 프론트 직원분들은 친절은 하셨으나. 프론트 자체도. 호텔 프론트는 아닙니다.
