"Loved this hotel, almost a home rather than a hotel. We had a HUGE room and large, but narrow balcony. Set in extensive grounds with pool (closed when we were there) and with tennis etc. Breakfast was modest but good, Dinner was very good. But arrived when everything was closed so couldnt get lunch or dinner so had to find food elswhere."

"I call it, “Bad Idea Hotel”, friendly and nice staff, but really outdated and not that great.. If you stay at the Holiday Express down the road its WAY better for the same price; and better breakfast.. newer rooms"
