“My stay at Villa Karibu felt like home, the staffs are all amazing, the location is very convenient to lots of amenities. I am definitely going back next year. Brian, Josephine, and Emma are amazing, they love children, even now when our son shows the pictures and videos Brian and Josephine took, he smiles. I still communicate with Brian from time to time. My husband and I get to go out without worry, our baby is in a good hands. I will recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Kampala....

“The staff are lovely, responsive and can not do enough for you. The apartment and entire property is kept clean and rooms are spacious. Free Wi-Fi is a bonus. Friendly security. -ve: the apartment requires more sockets. ”

“I got in late but the security was still very helpful in checking me in and getting me sorted. The apartment was clean and comfortable. ”

“Checked in at 3 pm and settled in. At night,there were mosquitoes everywhere . They moved to another room, again mosquitoes, then to a third room, also mosquitoes and dirty. Horrible experience . They said all rooms fully booked . Came back to original room at 1 am and managed to sleep a little . I want a compensation from expedia since l booked through you guys. ”

“I love staying at BMK when I visit Kampala. Very convinient central location, descent property, lots of dining options, good size rooms and friendly staff. Never disappointed and will be returning in a couple of months. ”

“Terrible location, pictures were not what they seem on the app. No water was give, no soap was given, the bathroom was terrible, the shower got water everywhere, bugs crawling all over the place. The rooms were dirty.”

“A building site inside and out. In the block, in the room, constant noise, thud, thud, bang, bang from all angles throughout the day. Workmen and dust throughout the hallway. The road to the pool covered with debris and building material. Oh, and on arrival, a slow, silent check in process, until, ‘How are you paying for your stay?’ ‘We’ve already paid in advance’. Cockroaches were all killed within 48 hours by use of spray and traps from local Carrefour. ”
