“Staff were so friendly and accommodating, we were made to feel like family. They arranged a shoebill tour and a ride over to Entebbe and a taxi waiting for us. The highlight was having drinks by a fire listening to the frogs and watching the fireflies. It’s a pretty special place”

“The property is beautiful and serene, the front desk staff need a little more training as instead of checking for my bookings first asked me to prove that I had booked and paid online. In fact they assured me that I would be put out as all rooms were filled up, when I asked to talk to their manager is when they looked and found my name actually on the list. Otherwise my stay was lovely, I will go again with family n friends.”

“There are apparently 'executive suites' which my wife viewed and thought were beautiful. There are also those that are less expensive and not executive. We stayed for four nights in the less expensive one. At first there were a few things that we had hoped to see but were not in the room however the management and staff (Henry in particular) did everything possible to make our stay better and provide the room with some things that were lacking.
