We had a pleasant stay at Scandic Holberg Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The only downside was that the standard rooms were quite small. However, after we requested a larger room, the hotel kindly upgraded us to a bigger room without any extra charge, which we really appreciated. Overall, the excellent service made our stay enjoyable, and we would stay here again.

This hotel is in need of a makeover. Everything about it feels old and the breakfast lacked so many of the dishes we had loved at other Norwegian hotels.Compared to similarly priced hotels we stayed at in the area I’d give this a C-.

"Great location for rail travel (3 minute walk to station). Great breakfast with many options. Room could have a better layout (no bedside table, no bedside charging). No kettle or fan in the room, which would be nice to have. Would definitely stay here again when Oslo rates are very high"
