After check-in went to room TV remote did not work. Went down talk to them at the front desk. I was informed if we could not get it working I would have to contact Expedia to get moved to a different room. I explained to her I didn’t want to change rooms, but if the TV didn’t work, it was her responsibility to move me and she said it was not she could not because I booked it through a third-party. She contacted the manager and they said they would be there in about five minutes never showed. After about five minutes, she found another remote came up and tried it and it worked.
