"Great staff really good marg! The pool was good would be awesome if they had a hot tub or a way to warm up without going all the way to the room. But great stay nonetheless"

"Clean room with microwave in-suite. Lots of desk space. A few more drawers would be nice. No kettle but plenty of free coffee and tea downstairs in the lobby. The lobby looks impressive. Pool and gym were a bit disappointingly small for a hotel of this size and the hot tub wasn't working at the time (September 2026). Great hotel to stay indoors in when the weather is rough, and you need a restaurant or bar or both without going outside."

"Room was clean, staff was helpful, didn’t use the tub, stayed in four or five stand alone to left of office entrance, management may consider removing one small tree and placing ramp from parking lot to walk way in front of entrance to room, stairs are steep. Nice quite place."

"Over two nights I had two different rooms at Whale House. One was roomier with a really nice hot tub in a private deck. The Orca room was a completely adequate efficiency. The properly is surrounded by a garden which must be nice in season. Also has gas grill and sauna for guests. Good location along the east coast"
