“the refrigerator did not work i informed them when i checked jn said i needed it for insulin they told me where the ice machine was the shower was broke the morning and had just a drip to let my hair but not use shampoo more a one stat than a three it was quiet and clean enough but i wont. stay there again”

“It was good just the toilet and bathroom was like the only thing it wouldn’t flush and the shower was cold as hell that’s probably what bummed me out but other than that the bed is pretty comfortable for a motel probably the best I slept in a motel but yeah just the bathroom”

“Finding a decent stay in Buttonwillow can be challenging and the BW Heritage seems to be one of the better places. Generally a clean comfortable room and everything worked. There are no windows facing the freeway so it is reasonably quiet. My only disappointment were 3 bedbug bites that appeared 2 days after my stay. Apparently room 214 needs eradication. Ick!”

“Well maintained hotel and rooms, very good breakfast quality and selection. Secure parking and entry area. I plan to stay there again.”
