"Die Hotelmitarbeiter waren alle sehr sehr nett! Wir mussten, bzw. Wollten das Zimmer wechseln, innerhalb von 24 Std ist dad Hotel unserem Wunsch nachgekommen. Einen großen Lob möchten wir an Herrn Abdurrahman erteilen, der uns täglich nach Wünschen gefragt und uns jeden Tag mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht begrüßt hat. Auch die tägliche Fahrt zum Taximplatz war mit ihm ein Erlebnis! Im Gesamten ist das Hotelteam sehr zuvorkommend. Einen kleinen Makel hat das Hotel: Und zwar sind die Zimmerwände sehr...

"Staff were very helpful and location was excellently located centrally for access to Taksim. Room smelt off and I got bed bug bites on my ankles from one night stay. Was in town very briefly and hence didn’t see the point in taking action with this at the time, but would not stay here again."
