From the bellmen to the concierge and restaurant staff, they all went above and beyond. We especially enjoyed our time in the restaurant and lounge where my daughter and I played the piano while having nice conversations. The restaurant staff were also especially good with our daughter. Concierge very helpful to arrange Bosporus cruise . Breakfast was fantastic and was included in the room, it is a standard in Istanbul. Very nice people and beautiful city. Will definitely come back and stay with intercontinental again. One of the best stays with Expedia over the past 5 years and maybe 10 years."
