Amazing stay at this beautiful hotel

The location was perfect. Walking distance to many sights . Breakfast was wonderful and the staff is fantastic. From the check in, to the restaurant, to the spotless room, nothing but perfection ! The staff went out of their way to help us feel comfortable and accommodated everything we asked for . Amazing staff that work very well together. We will definitely be back !!!!

Our room was small but comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful. There was a private shuttle from the Port arranged by the staff. They also arranged a terrific guide for two days. We also took advantage of a Turkish Bath. The staff arranged a transport for free. The Turkish Bath is just we needed after a long cruise.

Lovely quaint and full of character and charm. Clean rooms and functional. Close to all major sites such as Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Sofia Hagia, Grand Bazaar all walking distance , breakfast ok - staff polite and friendly.

This is definitely the best hotel in Istanbul! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms comfortable, breakfast delicious, and the roof terrace lovely. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I enjoyed the swimming pool and the sashimi bar, amazing food. Sauna is good. Location is good, staffs are exceptional. however the room itself is not as clean to a five star standard and my room faces the street so a bit nosy at night
