I went to front desk when I got back after being gone 10 hrs he said he would look into it and call me right away.. never go back to me went in the next morning was told they would look over the cameras and call me back.. never heard a thing.. not one attempt to respond nothing… no concern or anything on the owners behalf.. 2500 in stuff missing.. "Front desk people were lovely and kind. The hotel room however, had a broken and loud fan in the bathroom, outlets did not work and the coffee machine only worked using the bathroom outlet, there were a few stains on the mattress topper, heard noises throughout the night and thought someone was trying to break in the room multiple times (even though no one was). Breakfast was okay. "

"This is a sketchy hotel! Not safe! People sleeping on the stairs. People parting late hours. A girls screaming for help. Lots of people hanging around outside. We left two days early and forfeited our room. "

"The staff was wonderful! The pool was very cold, but the hot tub was nice. The water pressure for the shower hot water on the 4th floor was terrible. It was quiet, other than typical highway noise at night. The breakfast had so much variety and was very good! "
