"The hotel is convenient to visit Katowice. We enjoy being able to walk in the park just behind the hotel. We also do like being able to use the sauna in the evenings especially after a long drive to the hotel. While everything was very clean, one of the chairs in our room was repaired by using duct tape to cover the problem in the upholstery. We had a suite with a sofa and two chairs so it didn't affect our stay. Nevertheless, the hotel can do better than that."

"What a wonderful stay in Katowice! We spent two nights here and were absolutely delighted. The rooms are beautifully furnished, very spacious and pleasantly quiet. Even though the tram stop is right outside the hotel, the excellent soundproof windows mean you hardly hear a thing. We especially loved the large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a window that can actually be opened. The staff at reception and at breakfast were exceptionally friendly, warm and helpful. Breakfast was simply outstanding: a fantastic selection, everything fresh and delicious, and excellent service. A particularly lovely touch was the option to take sandwiches and fruit with you. There are also so many thoughtful details throughout the hotel, such as water dispensers in the hallways and carafes with beautiful glasses in the room. There is plenty of parking, and the tram stop right outside makes it very easy to explore Katowice. We felt completely comfortable here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!"
