"The first impression was things looked run down. The first room we couldn’t get open easily or not at all other times we tried. the staff came got it the first time but could get it to open 2nd or 3rd time. Pretty scary if you wanted to get out fast. We were moved to another room. Door worked well. Bed was comfortable, parking was close to us. but we woke to see a cockroach in our shower. We didn’t stay for the breakfast. "

"The property, the location, and the room were all great. They don’t have breakfast included unless you pay extra, $25 and in my opinion, it was not worth it. You can order off the menu instead of the buffet and I think that would be much better. The hotel is attached to the Pruneyard shopping center, which includes a variety of shops, restaurants, a movie theater, and more. That was great because it rained the whole weekend. Park is free but a lot fills up."

"The staff was amazing. So nice and attentive. Our room lock was malfunctioning but they had it fixed the next morning. The only downfall was not the fault of the Best Western - two nights in a row, other guests came in just before 3am and woke everyone up. In the parking lot, stomping in their rooms, beeping their car alarms. Annoying, but I know they were on vacation. Not the end of the world. I'd definitely stay here again."
