We twice had to go out for a coffee because there was no one to serve us. Is this a consequence of the National Insurance increase? Nevertheless, this is a great place to stay and I recommend it highly. "

"A beautiful room with an excellent view of the football museum. Steps from the Medieval city and the wonderful Cherham library Housekeeping was daily and was very good. Towels are soft and fluffy. The staff is very helpful and friendly I wish every hotel was like this one."
