This is the only place I stay when I am in the area. The concierge is friendly, helpful and communicates prior to your arrival to make sure everything is smooth. The rooms are beautiful and clean. Also, the kitchen contains all of the basics if you want to cook during your stay. I have visited a few other hotels in the area and this one is home for me. The best!

Beautiful! It's safe and gorgeous. We were upgraded to a bigger unit without asking. Great view of the marina, really nice pool. It was never crowded at the pool. Walked to the beach and along the beach each morning. Gustavo was so nice and helpful.

The condo was clean, spacious, offered complimentary parking in the garage, great views of the marina. One issue was that the air conditioning kept turning off and was out completely overnight (90 degree day). Perhaps they will have it repaired with the next booking. Walking distance to restaurants - definitely go to Surf Box for bfast - delicious and great service.

This is a condo hotel perfectly located in Flamingo overlooking the marina and the hills beyond. It is fully equipped and has two master bedrooms. The only flaw was not the condo, but with the communication. I only receive one email after booking intended to sell add-ons. For a condo, I would recommend that the management creates a single page information brochure such as how to access, amenities, WiFi, etc. We also had an issue with hot water, which was addressed.

The property was beautiful!! Rooms were very well appointed and spotless. Beds were so comfortable and everything was very well stocked. We really enjoyed the restaurants and shopping in the building. Lots of things to do in walking distance and we loved a restaurant/bar across the street called JD’s. Our studio villa was huge and the views of the marina were amazing! The villa was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower and water pressure were phenomenal, definitely the best shower we encountered during our two weeks all over the northern part of Costa Rica. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was so convenient so we took advantage of that amenity. I also used the fitness room both days we were there. It had just enough equipment for a decent workout. As to be expected anywhere in Costa Rica, there were a few ants in the villa but not so many that it was an issue. The proximity to Playa Flamingo was perfect and there were many dining options within walking distance. We had breakfast three times at Surf Box since it was so close. Minor issue with being charged twice but hoping that will be resolved soon as I have been communicating with our host about the mistake and subsequent refund. I would definitely stay here again if in the Playa Flamingo area.

Fantastic stay. We stayed here for our last two nights in Costa Rica. It is a quick walk to Flamingo Beach and lots of restaurants, and there are restaurants, shops and a pool right on site. They give you a parking pass you can use to park in the ramp at the Marina, which is super convenient. We had booked a snorkeling trip with Connect Ocean, and it left right off of the dock we could see from our balcony. Unit was spotless. They use Britt coffee makers -- that's a Costa Rican brand kind of like Nespresso. There were two capsules in the room but we were able to buy more at a nearby supermarket. (They might have given us more if we'd asked, but we were at the supermarket anyway.). Also it seems like the whole place is designed for accessibility in mind (with the possible exception of the doors to the parking garage on the 3rd floor). Great example of universal design principals. We were very glad we chose Marina Flamingo for our last two nights in Costa Rica. It was about 1.5 hr drive to the airport the day we left, and the roads were very easy.
