"Staff at the hotel were welcoming and courteous. Can’t fault the hotel in any way, spotlessly clean and nice room. It is a bit out of the way so a car is recommended but as a base to get around it is perfect. 5 minutes to the GC1 which links the capital Las Palmas to the sunny resorts and beaches in the south, about a 30 minute drive away. "I enjoyed my stay very much. Polite, smiling and motivated staff, everything clean in room and in the common areas. I would rate it as a strong 3.5 with 4 star amenities. The only thing that needs mentioning is that it’s located on a somewhat run down street. I had a room facing the front of the hotel and the view was pretty awful. I would ask for a rear facing room next time. "

"I had a very pleasant stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The location is very convenient, with public transport, cafés, and main attractions nearby. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, and the hosts were responsive and helpful whenever needed. There were a couple of issues, but the management sorted everything out quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Poem Suites by Airnest"
