โWe had room 8 which is in a separate building behind the main house in the upstairs suite...it was lovely! Nice and clean and really nicely decorated with everything we needed for a comfortable nights rest! There are two hot tubs available for guests use eith plenty of towels in the room. We enjoyed the complimentary chocolate bars....thank you! โ
โMy sons and I stayed here for one night. The property manager was wonderful! She answered all of our questions, helped me find a car service in the area and then checked back to make sure everything went well. Hotel was clean and comfortable and the location to the harbour was great for my boys!!!โ
โSuperbly situated for touring Cape Breton. Very comfortable room with fast WiFi. The dinner menu is outstanding - different every evening. 4 options. Four course meat, fish, or vegetarian or 8 course combination of fish and meat. We had the meat first night and fish second night. Both delicious, imaginative, and portion sizes perfectly adequate (probably need to work up an appetite for the 8 course). The staff were very friendly and well informed about the area. โWas allowed to check in a little eerly because housekeeping was al finished. That was. Bonus with 3 kids. Slept them ate delicious bbq chicken meal. Later James made us burgers that could stand up above anybody. Rebecca was awesome enough to give us some important info regarding the areaenities and a big smile. Thanks James and Rebecca

โWe were greeted by the hotel staff with a big smile and she was very bubbly and friendly. We chatted about our home towns and she told us about great locations in the area for dinner. Checkin was really fast and easy. We got the key and made our was to our room. The rooms cleanliness was exceptional. There wasnt a spec of dust or piece of dirt to be found. The beds were very comfortable. I would 100% recommend this motel to anyone travelling through that area of the province and will stay...
โExcellent stopover on our way to Newfoundland. The owner is renovating and there is a marked difference compared to our stay in December. Great location. Good breakfast. Wonderful people.โ
