The staff was wonderful. Rodney was our butler and he was on top of everything. He took care of all our dinner reservation upon checking in and even accommodated a last minute change. Our pool and beach attendant was Diana. She was remarkable!!

Beautiful hotel, amazing top tier luxury service. We had the private pool suite and we loved it! One thing to note is the entrance from the pool to the room should have a drying mat on the floor. My boyfriend tracked water in and eventually slipped and sprained his ankle. There were also several instances were we slipped on the general property. The restaurants were amazing. The only one that wasn't that great surprisingly was Magna for dinner. Basmati (shrimp entree incredible and best rice pudding of my life, The grill, Spice (hibachi dinner is meh but the experience is fun, their regular dinner is great for food, Lobster house (hands down our favorite for lunch and dinner- we did not get to try the breakfast :( The grill for dinner great, The Kitchen buffet incredible). The entertainment schedule was awesome always something to do if you want to. I would add more silent dj, and Kareoke!! This is definitely not a party hotel and its fairly quiet. This was great for me but sometimes I wished it was a little livlier at night with the dancing but its just the crowd really. The dj can play a wider variety of music and Dominican Dembow party music would have been a lot of fun.
