โThe staff are all absolutely amazing, so friendly and polite. The hotel is exceptionally clean. They go out of their way to help you. The breakfast was fabulous, so many varieties to cater for all and again the staff serve your every need. The only, very minor point I have is the bathroom, the layout is a bit odd and the shower doors have a gap which means water leaks out all over the bathroom.โ
โWonderfully comfortable guesthouse in an oasis of calm, but also a great location, close to the main streets for eating and shopping. Run by a great host who can arrange taxi-tours and is very knowledgeable about local sights. I would recommend this lodging without hesitation.โ

โVery quiet local beach nearby, practically to ourselves during the day but a bit busier overnight. Much nicer than the tourist beaches
Without a car, would be reliant on taxi etc to get anywhere else.

โWe stayed at this hotel for the second time. This is no doubt one of the best choices in central Panjim. The hotel itself is nice and clean, rooms feature all amenities like TV, AC, a small refrigerator, hot & cold water, cupboard and comfy beds. The biggest advantage of this hotel is proximity to market place in Panjim. Everything can be accessed walking from restaurants to shopping. Staff at the reception is cooperative and helpful and room service is quick and decent.โ
โThe interiors are extremely pleasing ,rooms are clean, everything is put up in a gud way the mirrors the wall clock, side lamps. Wifi was gud, 24hours hot water service, and the soap offered werevof Himalaya and shampoo of boutique,quality wise excellent, the staff there were gentle and nice, services were quick, the view was gud, overall it was a pleasant stay , hoping to get bck for the next visit soon.โ
โVery warm reception. Located a few minutes walk to the river where the casino boats are. Serves fantastic breakfast with a wide variety of choices. In-house restaurant was as good. Taxis available at the doorstep too.
However the wifi was a bit erratic โ
