"The receptionist (I'm sorry to say I didn't get his name) was SO friendly and helpful - the most welcoming receptionist I have ever encountered, I would say! Amongst other things, he pointed us in the direction of some cheap parking nearby, which was particularly useful local knowledge. The hotel was in a great location, really near the main sights, but on a very quiet street. It was well-appointed, with charming Moorish-style architecture and details. We had such a nice stay, with only two things that could have been better: the hotel breakfast wasn't great for us (being vegan), and we were given a twin room, despite booking a double."

"We had a standard room but it was smaller than appeared on the photos but still plenty of space. Great location and very quiet for sleeping. The sages in the reception were on a cupboard so could only be accessed till 2pm so didn’t bother. Well equipped with everything you need but there wasn’t a washer dryer in our room.Would recommend as we stayed for 1 week and room cleaned twice,"

"The pool/spa complex was a very pleasant surprise with food/bar facilities. Location is great for watching sunsets along the shore, and also convenient to walk to through the old town."

"Cafe on site was excellent and many locals book there for evening meals The staff were ok depending on who was on shift but we found and got everything we needed Room and beds were very comfortable and location to shops restaurants bus and train was ideal"
