Great place, hard to get in.

This is a beautiful place. Well designed, spacious & comfortable, and nicely located. The only problem is there is no reception, no office, no one there. They send a code for the door on the day of your arrival, but you can't call them to get this info until after 4 pm. It would help if they sent this info the day before so we know what to expect. Other guests staying there said they had the same problem.

Las fotos se ven bonitas, no reserven el mismo día o en general, ya que a las 8:00pm se van y no atienden los telefonos, yo llegué al hotel a las 10:00 pm nadie trabaja en la recepcion, no les dan acceso al hotel si llegan tarde, tampocoe enviaron el codigo de acceso, y les roban el dinero sin dejar usar la habitación, negocio redondo, no tiene ni vigilante, no puedes entrar a la habitación y se quedan el dinero. NO LO RECOMIENDO, LEAN LAS DEMAS RESEÑAS, dicen que es muy sucio, en mi caso solo experimente el sucio moral. Al reclamar se limitan a decir que no es reembolsable y que el problemas no es de ellos, cuando son los que no trabajan y no me dieron acceso a la habitación que pague, hay opciones más bonitas cerca de este lugar.

No reserven este hotel por expedía ni por ninguna otra plataforma me está cobrando la Noche expedía y el hotel no está funcionando está cerrado nunca me imagine esto . Llegue y estuve una hora afuera nadie me atendía llame a varios teléfonos y nadie resolvió nada y no se me hace Justo que me cobren si el hotel no expidió ninguna factura puesto que está cerrado es un fraude ojalá me atiendan los de la agencia de viajes desde ayer estoy reclamando y nada y para colmo de males tuve que reservar de urgencia otro hotel con expedía mismo día ellos pueden corroborar toda la información en mi perfil que molesto es llegar de un viaje largo y cansado y que el hotel esté cerrado en la vida me había pasado por eso reservamos en línea para evitar contratiempos Luis Zúñiga 2221861936
