Amazing Family Vacation Spot!

Beautiful apartments tucked away just off the Esplanade, easy walk to shops and restaurants and easy 5min drive to Coles for supplies. Rooms were perfectly suited for 4 adults and 2 children family vacation. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Grounds were lovely and the pool was really great for the kids! Would definitely recommend!

Perfect location

The staff was amazing. Helped us a lot to find the best activities. Rented out nice car, advices were to go in the Rainforest and booked good snorkling tour.

The Sanctuary is exactly that - a beautiful, calm and comfortable stay in paradise. Picturesque setting by the sea, comfortable, clean and spacious apartment and clean, high end facilities in and outside the apartment. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone wanting to enjoy a few days of peace and tranquility in a gorgeous setting.

Gerhart and staff were absolutely fantastic. Friendly and helpful. I accidently lefy my mobile phone in our studio apartment upon check out. Didn't realise it until 90 mins drive towards home. Just one phone call to the office and it was on it's way via Auspost. Thankyou to all involved. Palm Cove and North of ,is Paradise.The scenery is breathtaking and the Sanctuary Palm Cove accomodation was very pleasing. We'll be back.

If you are a family with young children this is a perfect place to stay, but if you are looking for peace and quiet you will need to stay elsewhere. While the resort staff are unable to discipline the children of guests, the fact that the children in the apartment above us screamed and cried from 6am until late at night every day made it very difficult for us to relax. We thought we had booked the one-bedroom retreat with spa, but when we arrived at the venue we were given a different apartment.

The family running the property made the stay so easy - they supported an early check in and late check out and were always on hand to answer any questions. The pool is fantastic and the grounds are well looked after. We will be back!

Excellent location with beautiful garden surrounds! The apartment was very spacious, clean and great for families! We loved the leafy view, whilst also being very close to the beach and restaurants. The pool was completely shaded, quite large and quiet for most of our stay.

Amazing apartments in a magnificent location

First impressions were excellent. By the end of our stay our opinion had not changed. Large modern well equiped apartments and in a great location around three minutes walk from the beach. The apartments are set in lovely surroundings. There is a large swimming pool for the use of guests. If I was to come back to this area I would happily return to this resort.

A great location, quiet and the managers are very helpful. A little tired in places in the apartment but nothing a coat of paint wouldn’t solve. The swimming pool was clean and a good size. The apartment is a great size with everything that you need. Construction up the road caused internet access to be non existent but to be honest we didn’t care

Contacted by manager that our apartment was ready before scheduled allotted time a big bonus when you’ve traveled from interstate and have children Apartment was as good if not better than photos Plenty of room for families or couples travelling together Kitchen was great full size fridge freezer oven microwave Large dining living area spacious bedrooms Pool and surrounds gave you the tropical paradise feel Excellent location,Close to beach and esplanade and shopping restaurants One of the best apartments we have stayed at, security was also good as apartments and car park located behind coded gates

The Best!

You know the type of place that you don't want to review because you are afraid that everyone will find out about your secret? Even so, I feel compelled to write this because they did such a great job. The property itself is tastefully constructed; about 20 units in 3 buildings (plenty of parking), nestled in the forest next to a lagoon with waterlilies and a charming wooden bridge. (A 2-minute walk to the very fine esplanade, which is a great place to hang out and get dinner your first night). My unit was on the 2nd floor, and I felt that I was living in a tree house, because all I could see (the living area is entirely windowed) was lush forest - palms, eucalyptus and ferns. (And could hear the delightful calls and chirping of birds). The property has a gorgeous, long, and rectangular pool (with attached spa and shallow wading areas) which I swam in every day. The apartment itself was huge, fully equipped (I cooked almost every meal) and comfortable. Finally, the property manager was gracious, kind, informative and generous with their time. They really improved my stay with great advice about the area. 10 out of 10 -- I didn't want to leave.

We were in the area and asked to view the room a few days earlier nothing was too much trouble We changed our booking as we found there were more rooms in the apartment and at minimal cost 4 stayed there Brilliant kitchen appliances and pool area We dropped off groceries early the am of arrival the champagne and wine was put in the fridge for our arrival the staff were brilliant
