We can’t thank the staff English for helping create such an amazing experience for us in Egypt! They were very attentive and helpful with anything we needed and made us feel like family! Great food and great views! Thank you Ali and all the workers! Would recommend :)
This Hotel was amazing specially the owner.. we feel connected as family, anything we need He will provide with minimum cost , they also will provide and accompany us with tour guide or transportation with driver if we need it,
Any city we travel they give us info and recommendation.
In all if we have 10 star to give them definitely we will give them.
Roof top with view from the hotel that i shared of giza pyramid was super plus.
Picked this place for its stunning roof top view of the pyramids, placed in a peaceful area with very hospitable staff. Breakfast was amazing and the staff went above and beyond with the food.
Room was clean, big space, and AC
Very nice, newer property with free breakfast on the rooftop and view of the pyramids. We booked two m very large rooms, which were very nice and clean.
Staff is very attentive and always ready to help, taking care of any small issue or request. They also booked us a licensed pyramid guide who was an experienced historian. The guide cost was same as from any other service, but felt more flexible.
Only the area/street outside the hotel feels very ghetto and we didn’t walk much, but this may be true about most hotels near the pyramids.
This is a hidden gem just a door ride away from the exit to the Pyramid complex (the side street that is on can be a little hard to find but Google maps should find Pyraking Pyramids View Hotel which would have got me three the first time). The hotel is newly renovated and a real bargain for the price. The staff was very friendly and
were willing to help in whatever way they could. I loved the view of the sunset over the pyramids from the rooftop restaurant. I'll definitely plan on going back.
Had a really great stay here in Cairo. Dr. Sameh and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we booked, and you can genuinely feel that they care about their guests. The rooftop terrace overlooking the pyramids is absolutely beautiful and such a highlight. The rooms were spacious and modern.
The only small downside was that the breakfast could have had a bit more variety, but overall the service and experience more than made up for it. You really feel looked after here—would definitely recommend.
Shukran!
We got upgraded to a suite with a hot tub and couch. We actually switched rooms three times the first room had a nice balcony but no hot tub. The second room had a hot tub but no balcony and a semi abstracted view of the pyramids. The last room was great but had limited tv and WiFi service but excellent view of the pyramids. The staff Yessir, and Yusuf were amazing. They took us everywhere we needed to go and they great recommendations for local restaurants nearby. They also book all of the excursions directly, including airport transfer, makeup, guide. Overall, a great experience. I have complaints about the trip overall, but that’s more of a general issue and not specific to the hotel. If you are going to stay in a pyramid district, this would be a good choice.

Super clean room.
Amaizing rooftop with view of pyramids.
Noisy neighbourhood so sleep will be interrupted.
We had a wonderful 3 night stay here. Beautiful view of the pyramids, very clean, spacious, big patio with a nice breakfast, so very comfortable.
The staff were absolutely exceptional. The front desk workers went above and beyond in every way possible. Carried bags, answered questions, were super friendly and helpful our entire stay. They put in so much care and effort to make sure we had everything we need, took care of finding and ordering food for us, delivered right to our door.
We felt so safe and cared for being two young girls and absolutely recommend this hotel. 10/10 experience. Thank you so much!
From

A special thanks to Manager Ali, who is extremely good, helpful, and kind. He made sure everything was taken care of and always greeted us with a smile.
Also, Driver Mohammed deserves special appreciation. He is very polite, has excellent manners, and shared a lot of useful information during our trips, which made our experience even better.

This place is definitely not a 5 star hotel, the rooms are simple but clean, the food (breakfast) is simple but enough, but they have other qualities which you cannot find in luxury places, such as the friendly and very helpful staff and hotel owners. They are there for everything you need. On a side note, waking up to the view of pyramids at your window is priceless.
We would like to thank the hotel owners, the staff and our guide Mr. Tarek for everything. If we ever go to Cairo again, this will be our first choice to stay.
I had the most amazing time during my 6 day stay! Ashraf was such a great host and was kind enough to greet me upon arrival and gave me a tour. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous from top to bottom! Breakfast on the rooftop was fantastic with an incredible view and the staff was so kind, helpful and welcoming. Even when it was time to checkout, the entire staff came to say goodbye and I've never been so sad to leave a place that felt like home and family. This was my first stay in Egypt and my first international trip and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you are looking for a hotel in Giza, this is the place!!!
The location is great and usually calm (besides on New Year's Eve), the rooms are fine as well. However, we had to ask for towels multiple times and breakfast wasn't ready at 8am (as confirmed before) but took half an hour. The service could definitely be improved!
First off - the staff were so amazing, kind and helpful!
The view of the pyramids from their restaurant balcony is epic too, to be able to sit out, have breakfast (breakfast included was decent!) and look out to the Pyramids is wonderful.
The area of Giza itself is definitely an older and run down area, as you pull up it seems like the hotel won't be nice. But once you get inside, it looks good for a hotel in the area.
We stayed as a family of four for two nights, and Giza as a whole is just a crazy and chaotic city, so for that reason I don't think we'd come back to Giza.
If we did, we'd likely stay in a higher end hotel for a little more calm and peace (all higher end hotels were fully booked other than very expensive suites when we booked)

What i like is only room is clean and spacious. Heater is working well.
Service is very much disappointment. I have nothing to tell anymore. Overall unsatisfied and wont go there and recommend anyone.
The hotel is located in a good area, very close to the Pyramids' old entrance and just 8 min away on car from the GEM (Uber charge us only US$2 from the hotel to get to the GEM). It has a beautiful top roof with ann an incredible sight view of the pyramids. Sunrise and Sunset looking at the pyramids of Giza is totally worthy in this hotel. Also, the staff is so welcoming and friendly, mostly Yossif, the receptionist! What a nice and servicial guy! The helped us to booked the most trips in Cairo and Alexandria!
The only thing they need to manage asap is the room cleaning service. We stayed for 5 nigths and no one ever went to our room to clean up, change the towels and the bed sheets or even take the trash away. That was the only really bad thing about the hotel, and of course the most important one related to a medium stay!
