This property exceeded my expectations. The hotel was just great and the staff very friendly and helpful. The view from the rooftop was incredible and having the Grand Egyptian Museum right in front to walking distance was just super convenient. You must visit the museum is amazing. I recommend this hotel if you come to Giza.

The staff is excellent, from the General Manager to Youseff, Kareem, Mariam, Verena, and others. Super helpful. The shower in the bathroom didn't work well, they are aware of this and somehow they haven't been able to fix it yet. I wouldn't say this hotel is exceptional, I would give it a 8-9 and not a 10.

Excellent stay

I would certainly stay at the Royal Great Pyramid Inn again. Service was excellent, friendly staff, comfortable room and free pick-up from the airport. It’s located right in front of the Great Egyptian museum and you can have your breakfast with a view of the Pyramids. I’m positively impressed.

My time here was nothing short of comfortable. I traveled alone to Egypt, and I never felt safer. The staff there treated me like family, the meals were fantastic, and I got my request for a room with a view. I would highly recommend this hotel, and I will definitely be back. Good accommodations and the roof top restaurant has a great view of GEM and a few pyramids. Booked here because website states 3 min walk to the GEM. However GEM is across Cairo Road, 2 lanes of traffic and concrete barriers. Advised to use their shuttle for $10 each way. We did. Uber probably cheaper. Shuttle from airport was free but $25 to return. We Uber'ed for about $9.

The price is fair for what you receive in this hotel. The rooms are clean and with a very nice view. The staff is super friendly. The only downside is the noise inside the room is high. Tolerable but if you have troubles to sleep with noise, you’ll have a hard time in this hotel. But other than that, I recommend it.

Really the only thing we didn't like was the restaurant nit haveing alcohol. All they need is some Egyptian wine and beer.The staff went out of there way to get wine for us though. If you are just there to visit the pyramids and the Egyptian musiums, this place is perfect. We would say again if in the area.

The view of the pyramids are phenomenal, especially from the rooftop restaurant. The newly built Grand Egyptian Museum is directly across the road and is also a fantastic piece of architecture. The staff are all so kind and overly accommodating. They kindly converted our international cash to Egyptian pounds at the rate shown on Google with no conversion fee. Youssef kindly reached out to me in advance to get my flight details and had a courtesy driver waiting for us when we arrived. He also made sure we had a driver available when returning to the airport and provided a late check out due to our late flight. Overall, I can’t speak highly enough of how accommodating the staff were. Hands down 10 highly recommend!
