"Didn’t get what I paid for and the room was mis-advertised. During booking, I paid extra for a double bed but was given two beds pushed together. The room was meant to be soundproof but the noise from the entertainment every night was so loud it was impossible to sleep before they finished at 11pm. The room was near a lift which woke us up every morning. No support from staff when we complained about these things and were essentially told to just deal with it.
