"Location easy few minutes walk from BUS station Amazing service and always helpful reception people. There was absolutely No problem to get the room we ask for with city view and away from elevator. Ready when we arrived – in room there even was a note (sorry it was only written in Spanish which we did NOT familiar with, but the thought was nice at least. After check-in we were show the “Green room” and was explaining the amazing system with too much FREE stuff like Wine and Beer from everyday 2pm to 6am next day. May I suggest some reduction of service here …. Why many pax cannot behave themselves when they got to much of … inside. 2 hours ex from 15-17 (3-5pm) should more than fine with the wine and beer for FREE. Same with the NICE food and soup FREE in the green room. A 5 star coffee machine for all kind of coffee (self service) was also FREE. Reception always 2-3 pax there with help for all kind of question I did have. ONE small complain – Iron board I was borrowed was really useless – just let you know. "

"spotless upstairs apartment with a great balcony to both sides of the property. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. Plenty of towels and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was newly refurbished with a fab shower, again spotless Very peaceful with great amenities. Staff were lovely and the reception area looked and smelt beautiful"

"Well appointed hotel with friendly staff. Included breakfast buffet had good choice of menu options, although some 'hot plate' dishes disappointed (not kept properly hot). Cooked to order eggs / omelettes was a good option however. Swimming pools were clean but quite small for any serious swimming."

He de destacar al increible grupo de profesionales en todos los ambitos: destacar en recepcion a Jacobo, Judith, Javi... Una mencion ESPECIALISIMA, al maravilloso equipo en cocina y camareros: Ruben, Ana, Josefina, Salud... (me encantaria nombrarlos a todos, porque lo merecen, pero no recuerdo tantos nombres!). Por favor, al equipo Barcelo: sigan cuidando al maravilloso staff, marcan la diferencia. Sobre todo cuidenlos porque tenemos claro que queremos volver el proximo año! Muchisisisisimas gracias por todo a todos!!!!"

"There’s honestly nothing not to like , for me this is a top place to stay. Travelled with 2 children with SEN and the staff were amazing, so friendly, everyone one. The apartment had everything, was spacious and clean. The whole area so clean and perfectly presented with the pool the main attraction. Would 100% recommend if you want a quiet chilled out family holiday "
