The front desk was friendly and accommodating for my mom in a wheelchair. Parking was easy and accessible. Property is clean but dated. Comfortable for one night.

Transiting acceptability…

Dated and tired. But comfortable enough to get a decent night’s sleep. A purposeful pool with basic sun-lounging furniture. No in-room tea/coffee making facilities. No milk available across the entire hotel after breakfast ( to try and make your own drink ). Dinner is limited to a toasted sandwich menu. Service is hit & miss. The longer, brown/ginger haired female on check in ( 10th Dec @ noon ) was unfriendly, unresponsive and ‘bored’. The guy in the afternoon was super attentive and responsive. He cared. Calama ‘is not safe’ to go exploring…

Calama bem legal.

Ótimo hotel com bom atendimento, 500 m do centro, com poucas opções próximo, mas o hotel dispõe de bom restaurante e café da manhã

El hotel en general es una instalacion muy comoda y bonita. El desayuno era bien diverso y satisfactorio. La critica es que el Lunes 12 por la mañana la variedad era muy acotada con respecto al resto de los dias. El cerramiento de la ducha no era bueno y el resto del baño se llenaba de agua. La regadera de la ducha presentaba goteras y perdidas, lo que incrementaba el problema del agua. En dos ocasiones en el area desayuno, una de las personas encargdas (una srta. joven) realizaba sus tareas mientras veia una serie televisiba en su celular a muy alto volumen, lo cual era incomodo.

Ubicación accesible en un barrio trabquilo. Buena atención en recepción. De los 3 ascensores que tienen solo funcionaba 1 y durante los 10 días que estuve nunca fueron a hacerles mantención. Dicen que tienen servicio a la habitación pero al momento de solicitar el servicio me dijeron que no contaban con ese servicio. El personal no está capacitado para imponer normas a huéspedes que la incumplen. En 2 ocasiones el ruido en sector piscina hasta altas horas de la madrugada no dejó dormir al resto de los pasajeros. Personal olvidadizo. Olvidaban reponer café para el desayuno o preparar el sauna cuando ya se había solicitado.

Great place to stay!

We traveled with children and grandparents and everyone loved this hotel. The beds were very comfortable, the staff friendly, the shower had great pressure and hot water! Our favorite part was breakfast, the food was SO good and so many options. We wish we could have stayed longer!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. That said, the property isn't in the best condition, in general. Our first room didn't have hot water and the second room's air conditioning didn't work. The paint on the pool is peeling off. The bedding is cheap and not particularly clean. The showers are old.

solid business hotel

We got in around 1am so we just wanted to hit the sack. This is a solid hotel, similar to American business hotels. I'd say it's somewhere between Courtyard Marriott and a full Marriott. The breakfast offering was pretty typical for Chile.
