“The property is very nice. Looked very new inside and very clean. There were a few hiccups. The shower cut off for about 30 minutes in the middle of a shower. There were no linens for the sofa bed. The bar and restaurant are closed on Monday and Tuesday and I wasn't advised of this until I had already arrived in the UK. If it were not for those things, I would have given 5 stars.”

“Nicely and newly renovated. Didn’t like that only fixed shower available in en-suite bathroom. Not keen on the breakfast menu. Had full English and was okay but not great.”

“At a distance the room and grounds look fabulous however, the shower lever was fused to the hot and cold so the temperature was not manageable so the bath option was tried, unfortunately, the hose was corroded and fell off when the taped were turned blasting hot water. The receptionist the next morning was totally unbothered and uninterested. It’s a real shame as everything else was superb and other staff really kind welcoming initially. “No door key as all digital, had to use phone which is ok but only gives access to 1 person. Shower temperature was luke warm at it's hottest, shower gel dispenser didn't work. Also the air-conditioning didn't work, had to use the fan instead. Room was noisy due to the adjacent pub.”

“This is a beautifully situated old mill on a gentle stream with gorgeous grounds. Idyllic. Just outside Lymington but a short 8 minute drive into town or to the ferry. Dinner was good with excellent service. Nice room, comfy beds, good bathroom. We were there on the hottest day of the year so it was very hot in the room but a fan was provided which helped.”
