Em alta temporada hotel não tem estrutura.

Atendimento nota da recepção precisa melhorar, falam conosco como se estivessem fazendo um favor a nós, 1 elevador ficou 2 dias parado isso é um descaso e falta de respeito aos hóspedes lembrando que é mês de Julho alta temporada. Café da manhã no sábado não tinha lugar para sentar e fila gigantesca, optar por sistema de rodízio com os hóspedes separando uma quantidade por horário seria uma excelente ideia.

Pessimo... atendimento ja começou com chek in não me entregaram a chave , que na verdade e uma cheve mesmo pois o hotel parou no tempo! Carrinhos para as malas parecem carrinhos de caminhão de cervejaria, minha esposa foi para o banho ralos entupidos alagou todo o quarto , tivemos que chamar manutenção e serviço de quarto para retirar toda a água do quarto, hotel com cheiro muito forte de tinta, fiquei com dor de cabeça o tempo todo! Misericórdia que estadia terrível, ainda bem desta vez foi so duas estadias! Pessimo.

surpreendentemente ótimo!

Incrível, o quarto é amplo e bem arejado, fica perto das piscinas, ficamos no primeiro andar e só usamos as escadas que são de fácil acesso. Adorei!
Piscinas são lavadas todos os dias, cada dia uma piscina diferente. Limpas e quentes!

Deveriam exigir que para entrar nas piscinas, somente com traje de piscina, muita gente(homens) vestidos de bermuda comprida, andam pelo hotel e pela cidade, depois vem e entram na piscina, deixando suja e com odor ruim.
