The property manager and other staff were very friendly. They happened to have a lot of festivities while we were in town. Small town feel was refreshing.
The room was spacious and clean. Unique old building with all the modern accommodations. Kathy with the property management was lovely. We couldn't have been treated better. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
This property was located in the small town of Caldwell, in a historic building. It appeared during my one-night stay, there was no one there, & when I left in the morning, still no one. The breakfast/cafe area was dark. Unsure if they had certain hours, but I was able to get into my room with ease with specified instructions given.
The room was nice, spacious, clean, & quiet. Parking was on the street, directly in front of the room. Street was a tad busy on & off throughout the night, (with semi trucks driving through on occasion,) but otherwise comfortable.
There is a small grocery store across the street, if you should need toiletries or food & Red Barn restaurant is good, as well.
We absolutely loved our stay here, and we were here for three nights. The photos do not do it justice. Room was clean, quality furniture, large shower, parking right out the front door. Several dining options within minutes (or moments if you walk across the street!)
A unique stay in an historic building. Enjoyed the stay. They might add some instructions on how to operate the television. We just kept getting a “no signal” message but it may have been “operator error”. We didn’t really need to watch TV other than maybe the news - so it wasn’t an issue but it may be for other guests.
The room was excellent and the access to downtown was an easy walk. The parking was right at the front door. Do be aware that the rooms are on the second floor and you do have to go up stairs.
