Tidy and clean… near good coffee shops and diners. However, staff handling checking in should have been more calm, polite and patient. When was reaching into my bags to find my ID and credit card, there is no need to keep urging the guest to do so. This shows lack of patience and professionalism. Staff should speak slowly, sentence by sentence, and wait for the guest to reply before asking the next question. There were no long line up behind me, and there is no need to rush me.

The rooms were super modern and clean. No fridge or microwave which was a bit of a inconvenience but we used ice to keep drinks cold.staff were very friendly and helpful. Great stay!

The area was quite nice. The only real issue was the lack of staff at the front desk. There was no one there to greet us upon checkin. The parking situation was awful—very limited parking. The parkade was tiny and was full (and steep for $20 even if there was parking available), so we had to back out and find street parking. It would have been nice for staff to give us a heads up about the limited availability in the first place instead of charging ahead for the parking. We were also surprised that there was no express checkout option. The hotel was nice and new, but the service just don’t cut it for us.

We loved this hotel...it is part of a new neighbourhood and had all sorts of options for lunch, coffee, supper. It was close to shopping, had a lovely common area. It is a smart hotel and being a senior and not used to the 'new ways' it was an adjustment we were happy to make.
