Booked on gold floor and the room smelled musty like it had not been used, or cleaned for a long time. Have stayed at many fairmonts and very dissatisfied with this room.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. I ordered ear plugs late in the evening and they were very prompt with delivery. They also sent up waters which was great.
