However, there was a power outage in the middle of the night during my stay. After the power came back on, the fire alarm in my room began making noise and continued for a long time, making it almost impossible for me to sleep.
In the morning, the manager came to my room, removed the faulty fire alarm, and resolved the issue. I was also given a breakfast voucher as an apology. I appreciated the way the manager handled the situation and responded to the problem. Nevertheless, it was very disappointing that I barely got any sleep because of the noise."
