Calgary, Alberta hotel rooms at the Wyndham Hotels

"Wouldn't stay here again. Staff was sweet and clean property, however in the middle of the night, the water was so loud running through the walls. I mentioned it to the staff and they weren't sure what it was. Maybe the piping is too"

"Upon check-in, the room smelled like someone had just smoked inside, and the toilet was clearly used. We went to the front desk to report it, and instead of properly addressing the issue, the staff offered us a spray. After explaining again that the toilet had been used, we were told to bring all our belongings downstairs ourselves so they could change our room. The second room was not any better, the fridge was extremely small, and the main light in the room was not working. We called the front desk and were told they were aware of the issue and that someone would come fix it, but no one ever came. Front desk staff was also very unhelpful. We politely asked if they could help store our cheesecake in a fridge, and the response was simply “can’t,” with no effort to assist or provide any customer"
