The provided accommodation was smaller than the originally reserved unit. In addition, the hotel's condition seemed to reflect a state of disrepair. The majority of the staff demonstrated friendliness, courtesy, and a high degree of accommodation.

Del hotel no hay mucho que decir, pero dicho por los mismos locales de esta ciudad ,se encuentran hospedajes al mismo precio y menor con mejor servicio, ubicación e instalación. Aparte de que esta ubicado en todo el centro donde la inseguridad es altisima. A mi me robaron el celular en una calle muy transitada

Una total decepción. Había que suplicar para que prendieran el aire acondicionado de la habitación y a las 2 am lo apagaban, procediendo a tornarse un cuarto con mucha calor. Habían muchos mosquitos. Baño muy pequeño e incómodo. No había ducha, solo un tubo que botaba agua. Estuvimos dos días solo con una toalla grande y una de manos para el aseo de dos personas. Además, las toallas eran viejas, duras y finitas, parece que eran desde cuando el hotel abrió por primera vez. No había Wifi, solo en el área de recepción, nunca hubo internet en el cuarto o pasillos. El lobby no existía, era un sofá frente al counter de recepción. No nos quisieron brindar nevera para la insulina de mi esposo, pretendían que dejara la insulina en el counter de recepción. El desayuno pésimo, café y jugo aguados y la persona que servía las porciones del desayuno tenía actitud hostil. En resumen, la peor experiencia hotelera que hemos tenido.

Una gran decepción. Había que suplicar para que prendieran el aire acondicionado de la habitación y en la madrugada lo apagaban dejándonos acalorados de lo caliente que estaba. Solo una toalla para dos huéspedes, había que estar detrás del personal para que al segundo día nos suplieran toallas. El baño súper pequeño e incómodo. No había ducha, solo un tubo que botaba agua. Tampoco nos proveyeron nevera para colocar la insulina de mi esposo. Pretendían que dejáramos la insulina en la recepción y ellos guardarla. El WiFi solo funcionaba frente al área de recepción, en los pasillos ni en los cuartos nunca hubo internet. El lobby era solo un pasillo con un sofá frente al counter de recepción. El desayuno pésimo. Café y jugo súper aguados y la persona que servía el desayuno con una actitud poco agradable. Los únicos empleados que ayudaban al huésped era Jefferson y una señora mayor de la lavandería. En resumen, la peor experiencia hotelera que hemos tenido.
