All the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel is in a great location and clean, although the rooms are very small, especially if you're sharing. The breakfast buffet was excellent and very varied.

Comfortable stay

Standard ibis hotel in Cali. Located in an upclass area and has all amenities needed. The room was on higher floor, was silent, good airconditioning and amazing shower(hard to find a good shower in Colombia in general). Toiletries provided and free parking also. The staff is helpful. Restaurant and bar located in hotel and ordinary prices. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay in Cali

Happy but I was robed $500

The ibis hotel is a nice and comfortable hotel but the cleaning lady stole $500 from my book bag. On the first day. It has never happened to me and I have traveled all over the world. The front desk was excellent and very accommodating but stealing is not acceptable. The cleaning staff should be reviewed. I am so sorry but I have to reported it so the hotel can and should review the cleaning staff.

Clean and friendly

I found this hotel last minute. I found out a few things could have been improved upon but this hotel was priced well and fit the description of exactly what we needed. Ibis is located in Granada which is safe and close to many attractions. The staff was very friendly and did their best to speak to me in English as I did my best to speak to them in Spanish. We checked in without a problem. One thing that I liked was that we needed the room key to activate the elevator. That and the security guard who is always at the front made the place feel safer than it already was. Our room was number 560. It had hot water which was great and the AC was the best I felt in Cali. The bed was comfortable but I didn't enjoy the pillows as they felt like they were full of air. We had a broken toilet that would run forever unless we pulled the lever back up. The safe was also broken which made me slightly uncomfortable to bring up at the time and also uncomfortable to have housekeeping come in. The TV would not work on any input. The hotel is kept well overall so I don't doubt that these things will be fixed soon. The room was small but nice and housekeeping did a great job with it. I've been at my fair share of hotels and it seems a little odd that there is no refrigerator or coffee machine. My drinks got warm pretty fast. I still found the room to be of great value withoit these things, especially on new years. The resturaunt was comfortable and pretty good as well.
