Nice, quiet facilities good location, small facility They only serve breakfast. No bar or lounge. If if you want big rooms, perfect location, I rented a suite so it was like an apartment. Only thing is you have to provide your own paper towels, Kleenex.

The hotel is within walking distance of downtown and outdoor open-air markets. It is next to a decent park. Restaurants surround the area or within walking distance. I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is very nice and clean. I had an interior facing room and slept wonderfully. Good AC, quiet, comfy bed, and they even honored the premium upgrade. Only downside is it's a 15-20 minute walk from many of the touristy areas but Uber's are very reasonable.

The entire hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. we did not have a hot water for two days . The breakfast was very tasty but menu is extremely limited. The so call Gym is located at the roof terrace outside and have one elliptical and one treadmill - the treadmill was not working.

In September 2021, my partner and I stayed a little over a week and found the hotel okay, but in need of some help. During our recent visit in November 2024, each of us found renovations since our last visit to be significant upgrades. The kitchenette, which was a reason to choose the Park V last time, has been nicely remodeled and will serve nicely those who wish to save and prepare food for consumption in the room. The bedroom in the suite is air conditioned and incredibly quiet. The king sized bed was comfortable and bathroom fairly spacious. Communication with staff will be a challenge for non-Spanish speakers, but not impossible with use of translator apps readily available on phones. The former visit was my first visit to Colombia and my reviews at that time compared this hotel with others located in the U.S., Europe and a few other countries. The reviews for this recent visit are based on comparison with other well-rated hotels located in Bogota. Our visit this time was short and our itineraries each day did not afford us an opportunity to try or see the breakfast, which was not previously a continental style but rather a freshly prepared and tasty meal from a list of two or three options.
