“Clean, well-decorated room and a nice breakfast experience. I found the room to be quiet, even though there was construction underway right across the street. Walking distance to downtown SLO. My only complaint is that it’s on a relatively busy corner and it can be a slight nuisance getting in and out of the parking lot. That was a minor issue though, and the experience overall was amazing!”

“The on-site laundry room was super helpful in the middle of a long vacation with a lot of our dirty clothes! The outdoor games and sitting area were so fun and relaxing and cute. Absolutely loved the decor of the whole place. They have a restaurant that had trivia going on while we were there and the staff was super nice!”

“I love Hotel SLO and have stayed there several times. It’s a beautiful property, in the middle of downtown, with ridiculously comfortable beds and an excellent staff. Unfortunately, the last couple times I’ve stayed there have been some maintenance issues in the rooms that have not been addressed. The door to our bathroom was very difficult to slide and all in all everything in the bathroom was loose, tired, and needed attention. It feels like Hotel SLO is riding on its laurels and not working...

“Rooms were recently remodeled, they are great!! Nice and fresh and clean. I definitely recommend and would stay here again. Easy for my small dog and I. Close to downtown. Plenty of parking”

“room wasn’t clean hair around spots on sinks and desk food in kitchen sink tv didn't work air wasn't working we were too tired to complain and just needed somewhere to sleep checked in late and just needed some sleep before driving home in the morning breakfast wasn’t bad”

“This hotel was decent . Room was clean but outdated could use newer furniture. Beds were comfortable and pillows. Felt safe around the area. They had some fast food restaurants in walking distance and downtown San Luis Obispo was near by too. Had a pool but did not use because it was not that hot. Recommend for a quick stay.”
